Mr. Wong Kan Seng has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. He serves as the Chairman of CLA Real Estate Holdings Pte. Ltd and United Overseas Bank; and a Director of Bo’ao Forum for Asia. Mr. Wong Kan Seng retired as a Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security in 2011. He also served as a Member of parliament till 2015.

Mr. Lee Chee Koon has been a Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Investment Officer of the company. Earlier, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ascott Limited and Managing Director for China at The Ascott Limited. He serves as a Director at EDBI Pte Ltd. He also serves as a Director at CapitalLand Mall Asia Limited. He served as a Director of Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited, CapitaLand Commercial Trust Management Limited and CapitaLand Retail China Trust Management Limited.

Mr. Miguel Ko has been the Deputy Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Committee and Executive Resource Nominating and Compensation. Currently, he serves as Deputy Chairman at CLA Real Estate Holdings Pte. Ltd., Chairman at CapitaLand Investment Limited and the Corporate Advisor at Temasek International Advisors Pte Ltd.
