Mr. Wong Kan Seng has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. He serves as the Chairman of CLA Real Estate Holdings Pte. Ltd and United Overseas Bank; and a Director of Bo’ao Forum for Asia. He also served as a Member of parliament since 2015.

Mr. Lee Chee Koon has been a Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Investment Officer of the company. Earlier, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ascott Limited and Managing Director for China at The Ascott Limited. He serves as a Director at EDBI Pte Ltd. He also serves as a Director at CapitalLand Mall Asia Limited. He served as a Director of Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited, CapitaLand Commercial Trust Management Limited and CapitaLand Retail China Trust Management Limited.

Mr. Stephen Lee Ching Yen has been a Director of the company since 2022. Mr. Jonathan Yap has been a Director of the company since 2023.
