Mr. John D. Idol has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since September 2011. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kasper ASL Ltd from 2001 to July 2003. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Donna Karan International Inc from July 1997 to July 2001. He also served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Product Licensing, Home Collection and Men’s Collection of Ralph Lauren’s Group from 1994 to 1997.

Ms. Jenna A. Hendricks has been the Chief People Officer of the company since June 2021. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Michael Kors.

Mr. Rajal Mehta has been the Interim Chief Financial Officer of Capri Holdings since June 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Michael Kors brand. Previously, he held various roles in financial planning and analysis including Divisional Vice President, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis of Capri since 2008. Earlier, he also held various finance roles at Toys R Us and Ralph Lauren.

Ms. Krista A. McDonough serves the Chief Legal and Sustainability Officer of the company. Prior to this, she held various positions of the company including Deputy General Counsel. Previously, she served as an attorney in the corporate department at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison LLP.
