Mr. John D. Idol has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since September 2011. From July 2001 to July 2003, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kasper ASL Ltd. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Donna Karan International Inc from July 1997 to July 2001. He also served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Product Licensing, Home Collection and Men’s Collection of Ralph Lauren’s Group from 1994 to 1997.

Mr. Thomas J. Edwards has been the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Vice President of the company since April 2017. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Brinker International, Inc. Prior to this, he held various senior level financial positions at Wyndham Worldwide from 2007 to 2015 including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Earlier, Mr. Edwards served as the Vice President of Consumer Innovation and Marketing Services at Kraft Foods. He also served as the Vice President of Finance at Nabisco Food Service Company.

Ms. Jenna A. Hendricks has been the Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since June 2021. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Michael Kors.

Ms. Krista A. McDonough has been the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since October 2016. Prior to this, she held various positions of the company including Deputy General Counsel. Previously, she served as an attorney in the corporate department at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison LLP.
