Mr. James S. Turner is the Chairman of the company. He has been the Director of the company since 2008 and Managing Director since 2007. Mr. Michael J. Fowler has been Chief Financial Officer of the company since February 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Treasurer at the company. previously Mr. Flower held several senior financial roles at a number of regional banks including Texas Commerce, Capital One, and IBERIABANK.

Mr. Christopher G. Tietz has been the Chief Credit Policy Officer and Executive Vice President of Specialty Banking since April 2021. Before this, he also served as the Chief Credit Officer of the company. Previously, Mr. Tietz was Chief Credit Officer of FSG Bank in Chattanooga, Tennessee between 2012 and 2016. He also held various roles at banks in the Midwest including at First Place Bank in Ohio between 2011 and 2012.

Mr. Kevin L. Lambert has been the Chief Credit Officer of the company since April 2021. Prior to this, he served as Senior Regional Credit Officer for Raleigh based First Citizens Bank for Tennessee and Western North Carolina. Mr. Lambert also served as a Commercial Relationship Manager at Sovran Bank, National Bank of Commerce, SunTrust Bank, and First Citizens Bank.
