Prior to this he served as a Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Sysco Corporation, Prior to this he served as a Finance, Operations and Grocery Transformation at Target Corporation. Prior to joining, he held senior-level Finance and Operations positions with Sara Lee Corporation.

Ms. Michelle Greene has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since August 2022. Prior to this role, she served as the Senior Vice President of EIT in the company. Previously, she served as Chief Information Officer and Vice President of IT for Masco Corporation. Earlier, she held roles at Johnson Controls.

Mrs. Ola M. Snow has been serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cardinal Health since 2018. Prior to this, Mrs. Snow served as the Chief Diversity Officer of the company. Previously, Snow served as the senior vice president of Human Resources for the Medical segment within Cardinal Health. Snow joined Cardinal Health in 2001 as a regional director of Human Resources for the Pharmaceutical segment.
