Prior to this, Mr. Klinck served as the Vice Chairman and President of the Investment Manager Solutions Group at Mellon Financial Corporation.

Mr. Amit Gupta has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since August 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Cardlytics and General Manager at Bridg from January 2023 to July 2024. Mr. Amit Gupta worked at Google in Geo, home to Google's location-related products from January 2018 to December 2021. Prior to this, Mr. Amit Gupta served as the Chief Executive Officer of a series of startups from 2010 to 2017. He also served as the Partner at Booz Allen Hamilton in Tech practice from 2000 to 2010.

Mr. David Evans has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2026. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Passport Labs Inc from January 2021 to June 2023., Mr. Evans served as the Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Head of Corporate Development at Cardlytics. Previously, he worked in investment banking at Wells Fargo Securities, Wachovia Securities, and Cowen Group. He also serves as a Chairman at Neighborly Software.

Mr. Peter Chan has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since June 2021. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Product Management and Engineering for the advertising group at Amazon. Previously, he also served in various leadership roles for over 15-years with Yahoo.

Mr. Carson Napps has been the Chief People Officer of the company since September 2024. Prior to this, she served as Head of People and held various leadership roles within the People Operations teams, leading Talent Management and Talent Acquisition for the company. Previously, she worked in Human Resources at Home Depot and Southwire Company.
