Mr. Brian Sikes has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Cargill since January 2023. Prior to this, Mr. Sikes served as the Chief Operating Officer; Head of the Global Protein and Salt Enterprise; Head of the Protein Business in Europe; and President of Foodservice team for the company. He serves on the Board of Directors for the US-China Business Council.

Ms. Joanne Knight has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Acting Chief Financial Officer of the company. Ms. Knight also served as the Vice President of Finance for Cargill's Agriculture Supply Chain enterprise. She also served in various finance, marketing, and general management positions at General Mills.

Mr. Florian Schattenmann has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company. He also serves as the Vice President of Innovation and R&D at Cargill. Prior to joining Cargill, Mr. Schattenmann spent eight years at The Dow Chemical Company. He also served as the Vice President for Performance Materials & Coatings R&D, where Mr. Schattenmann led innovation across a diverse set of specialty businesses. He has also held leadership roles at Momentive Performance Materials, SulphCo Inc., and General Electric (GE)-Bayer Silicones. Earlier in his career, Mr. Schattenmann managed several research laboratories at the GE Global Research Center.

Mr. David Webster serves as the Chief Risk Officer and Head of Food and Bio enterprise of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Animal Nutrition and Health business of the company.

Ms. Pilar Cruz serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as President and Group Leader of Cargill’s global aqua nutrition business. Ms. Cruz also serves on the Board of Donaldson Company Inc. and Global Leader in engine and industrial air, oil, and liquid filtration solutions.
