Mr. Brian Sikes has been the Chariman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer; Head of the Global Protein and Salt Enterprise; Head of the Protein Business in Europe; and President of Foodservice team for the company. Mr. Sikes currently also serves on the Board of Directors for the US-China Business Council.

Ms. Joanne Knight has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Acting Chief Financial Officer of the company. Ms. Knight also served as the Vice President of Finance for Cargill's Agriculture Supply Chain enterprise. She also served in various finance, marketing, and general management positions at General Mills.

Mr. David Webster serves as the Chief Risk Officer and Head of Food and Bio enterprise of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Animal Nutrition and Health business of the company.

Ms. Pilar Cruz serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as President and Group Leader of Cargill’s global aqua nutrition business. Ms. Cruz also serves on the Board of Donaldson Company Inc. and Global Leader in engine and industrial air, oil, and liquid filtration solutions.

Ms. Stephanie Lundquist has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, Ms. Lundquist spent more than 15 years with Target. She also served as the President of their food and beverage business.
