Mr. Brian Sikes has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, Mr. Sikes served as the Chief Operating Officer; Head of the Global Protein and Salt Enterprise; Head of the Protein Business in Europe; and President of the Foodservice team for the company. He serves on the Board of Directors for the US-China Business Council.

Ms. Joanne Knight serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Acting Chief Financial Officer of the company. Ms. Knight also served as the Vice President of Finance for Cargill's Agriculture Supply Chain enterprise. She also served in various finance, marketing, and general management positions at General Mills.

Ms. Jennifer Hartsock serves as the Chief Information and Digital Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Information Officer and Member at Baker Hughes. Ms. Hartsock also worked at Cameron International and has an experience of over 17 years with Caterpillar in various positions like Group Chief Information Officer for Construction Industries, supporting manufacturing and the supply chain.

Mr. Florian Schattenmann has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company. He also serves as the Vice President of Innovation and R&D at Cargill. Prior to joining Cargill, Mr. Schattenmann spent eight years at The Dow Chemical Company. He also served as the Vice President for Performance Materials & Coatings R&D, where Mr. Schattenmann led innovation across a diverse set of specialty businesses. He has also held leadership roles at Momentive Performance Materials, SulphCo Inc., and General Electric (GE)-Bayer Silicones. Earlier in his career, Mr. Schattenmann managed several research laboratories at the GE Global Research Center.

Mr. Rishi Varma serves as the Chief Compliance Officer, Corporate Affairs Officer, Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary of the company. Prior to this, he also served as General Counsel at Hewlett Packard Enterprise; General Counsel for TPC Group Inc.; General Counsel at Hewlett Packard Enterprise at Trico Marine Services Inc.; and Securities Counsel and Director of Investor Relations for EGL Inc. Mr. Varma has also served as Business Associate for Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LP.
