Mr. Jaakko Eskola has been the Chairman of the company since April 2022 and Member since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman of the company. Mr. Eskola also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Wartsils Corporation from 2015 to 2021; Senior Executive Vice President and Deputy Chief Executive Officer from 2013 to 2015; President of Marine Solutions from 2006 to 2015; and Vice President of Power Plants Sales & Marketing from 2005 to 2006; and President of Wartsila Development & Financial Services from 1998 to 2005. Currently, he also serves as the Vice Chairman of Valmet Corporation.

Mr. Casimir Lindholm has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2023. He is also Chief Executive Officer at Eltel and Lemminkainen.

Mr. Mikko Puolakka has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Director of the company from 2012 to 2016; Chief Financial Officer from 2010 to 2016. Mr. Puolakka also served at Elcoteq SE as the Chief Financial Officer from 2007 to 2010; Director of Finance Europe from 2004 to 2007 and Manager of Finance from 2001 to 2003. He also served as the Operations Controller of Huhtamaki Oyj from 1999 to 2001; Manager of Finance at Leaf Poland Sp Zoo from 1997 to 1999 and in various treasury positions at Huhtamaki in Switzerland and Finland from 1995 to 1997.
