Mr. Keith Barr has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2026. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of InterContinental Hotels Group from 2017 to 2023. He held senior leadership positions in the Americas, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, including as Chief Executive Officer of IHG’s Greater China business.

Mr. Enrique N. Mayor-Mora has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the company from 2019 to 2022. Previously, he served as the Vice President and Treasurer for the company from 2016 to 2019. He served as Vice President of Finance for the company from 2011 to 2016. Mr. Mayor-Mora has also served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and Investor Relations at Denny’s Corp from 2005 to 2011 and he also served in various positions with Gap Inc from 2001 to 2005.

Mr. C. Joseph Wilson has been the Executive Vice President And Chief Operating Officer of CarMax since 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President, Store Strategy And Logistics of CarMax from 2017 to 2022. Previously, he served as a Vice President, Merchandising Operations of CarMax from 2016 to 2017. He served as a Vice President, Auction Services And Merchandising Development of CarMax from 2013 to 2016. He also served as an Assistant Vice President, Auction Services And Merchandising Development of CarMax from 2008 to 2013. Earlier, he served as a Regional Vice President Of Merchandising, a Purchasing Manager, a Senior Buyer, and a Buyer of CarMax.

Mr. Shamim Mohammad has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Information and Technology Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information and Technology Officer of the company from 2018 to 2021. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company from 2014 to 2018. He served as Vice President of Application Development and IT Planning from 2012 to 2014. Mr. Mohammad has also served as Vice President of Information Technology at BJ’s Wholesale Club from 2006 to 2012 and has held various technology leadership positions at Blockbuster and TravelCLICK. Currently, he also serves on the Board of Directors of United Natural Foods Inc.

Ms. Diane Long Cafritz has been the Chief Innovation and People Officer since July 2024. Prior to this, she served as Chief Innovation and People Officer, Executive Vice President of Human Resources, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer for the company; Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company from 2021 to 2022; Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer of the company from 2017 to 2021. Ms. Cafritz has also served in numerous positions within the company and has also served partner at McDermott, Will & Emery.
