Mr. Micky Arison has been the Chairman of Carnival since 2003. He also serves as the Chairman of Carnival Plc since 2003. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Carnival plc from 2003 to 2013 and Carnival Corporation from 1979 to 2013.

Mr. Josh Weinstein has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Climate Officer, and Director since 2022. Previously he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2020 to 2022. Prior to this role, he served as President of Carnival UK Ltd from 2017 to 2020. Previously, he served as Treasurer for Carnival from 2007 to 2017. Earlier, he served as a Corporate Attorney.

Mr. David Bernstein has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2007 and is its Chief Accounting Officer since April 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company's Seabourn and Cunard; and Vice President and Treasurer of the company. He served for seven years at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd in various financial positions such as Assistant Controller, Assistant Treasurer and Director of Corporate Planning.

Ms. Jody Venturoni has been the Chief Communication Officer of the company since October 2022. Previously, she was a founding partner of LDWW. Previously, she also worked with American Airlines, AT&T, Amazon, Big 12 Conference, Carnival Corporation, Omni Hotels & Resorts, Verizon, General Motors, and others.

Mr. William Burke has been the Chief Maritime Officer of the company since 2013. Previously, he served in served in the various position at the US Navy including as Commander, Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Fleet Readiness and Logistics, and Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Warfare Systems. He also served on five submarines including command of USS Toledo (SSN 769), and commanded Submarine Squadron Two from July 2001 to July 2003.
