Dr. Wei-Wu He has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2019. Prior to this, he served as Executive Chairman for the periods from February 2018 to April 2019 and from February 2012 to May 2013; and as Chairman from May 2013 to February 2018. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of OriGene Technologies, Inc. Dr. Wei-Wu was also the founder and General Partner of Emerging Technology Partners, LLC, a life sciences focused venture fund. Earlier, Dr. Wei-Wu was a senior scientist at Human Genome Sciences; and worked as a Research Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital and at the Mayo Clinic.

Dr. Alexander A. Zukiwski has been the Chief Medical Officer of the company since April 2017. Prior to CASI, he was the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Arno Therapeutics; and has been a director of Arno since 2014. Prior to Arno in 2007, he served as the Chief Medical Officer and Executive Vice President of Clinical Research at MedImmune. Previously, he held several roles of increasing responsibility at Johnson & Johnson’s (J&J,) medical affairs and clinical development functions at J&J Pharmaceutical Research & Development LLC; Centocor R&D and Ortho Biotech. Prior to J&J, Dr. Zukiwski served in clinical oncology positions at pharmaceutical companies including Hoffmann-LaRoche, Rhone- Poulenc Rorer and Glaxo Wellcome.

Ms. Chunhua Wang has been the Chief Operating Officer of CASI Pharmaceuticals (Beijing) Co since 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Vcanbio Co Ltd and Marsh & McIennan Group (China). Ms. Wang also held leadership roles at Tyco, Healthcare & Schneider Electronics.

Mr. Fuqiang Zhang has been the Chief Commercial Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as General Manager of the company from 2018 to 2021. Prior to this, he served as National Sales Director at Vcanbio. Mr. Zhang has held various leadership positions at Roche Pharmaceuticals from 1997 to 2017.
