Mr. Jean-Charles Naouri has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Casino since 2005. Previously, he served as the Chief of Staff for the Minister of Social Affairs and National Solidarity; and the Minister of the Economy, Finance and Budget From 1982 to 1986. He currently serves as the Chairman at Euris. Within Euris, Mr. Naouri serves as the Chairman at Rallye and Companhia Brasileira de Distribuicao; and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Casino Finance. He is also a Director at Financiere Marc de Lacharriere (Fimalac).

Mr. David Lubek has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2013. Prior to this, he served as Director of Management control of the company. Previously, he served at Groupama as Director of General Audits.

Mr. Julien Lagubeau has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Strategy and Operations of the company. Previously, he worked as Investment Director at Serendipity Funds. He also worked at Casino Group as Head of Strategy and Planning and Executive Committee Secretary.
