Mr. J. Martin Carroll has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to that, he served as a Director of the company since 2015. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Boehringer Ingelheim Corporation and of Boehringer Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 2003 till 2011 and as Head, corporate strategy and development of Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH from 2012 till 2013. Previously, he also served in various roles at Merck & Company, Inc.

Mr. Alessandro Maselli has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Catalent since 2019. Mr. Maselli joined Catalent in 2010 as Director of Operations at the company’s pharmaceutical, nutritional and cosmetics plant in Aprilia, Italy. In 2013, he was appointed as General Manager of Zydis operations at Catalent’s facility in Swindon, UK, and in 2015 he became Vice President of Operations, Europe, for the company’s Drug Delivery Solutions business unit. Before joining Catalent, Mr. Maselli held operational and business leadership roles at Alstom and SGS. From 1998 to 2006, he held roles of increasing responsibility from process engineer to operations director at ABB. Mr. Maselli began his career as automation systems engineer in the food industry.

Mr. Matti Masanovich has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tenneco Automotive until it was acquired by Apollo. He also served as Chief Financial Officer at Superior Industries International and General Cable Corporation.

Ms. Karen Santiago has been the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since September 2022. Prior to this she served as a Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller, Principal Accounting Officer from 2018 to 2022, and Lead Enabling Functions and Finance Transformation from 2016 to 2018. Since 2013 at Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Mr. Charles Lickfold has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he has held various IT leadership positions including Chief Information Officer at Alcami Corp, Avara Pharmaceutical Services, and Gilbarco-Veeder-Root.
