Mr. Patrick J. McEnany has been the Chairman of the company since 2006. Previously, he also served as a Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to founding Catalyst in 2002, he served as a consultant to various pharmaceutical industries from 1999 to 2002. He served as the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of Royce Laboratories, Inc. from 1991 to 1997. Previously, he served as the President of the wholly-owned subsidiary of Royce Laboratories from 1997 to 1998. Mr. McEnany also served as the Vice President of Corporate Development for Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc. From 1993 to 1997, he served as the Vice Chairman and Director of the National Association of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers. Mr. McEnany also currently serves as a board member of the Humane Society of Greater Miami and the Jackson Memorial Hospital Foundation.

Mr. Richard J. Daly has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2024. He also serves as a Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as the President of CARsgen Therapeutics Corporation and Chief Operating Officer at Beyond Springs Inc., Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairman of Neuralstem, Inc.

Mr. Michael W. Kalb has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer at Impel Pharmaceuticals and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CinCor Pharma, Inc. Previously, he also served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Amarin Corporation plc.

Ms. Preethi Sundaram is the Chief Strategy Officer of Catalyst Pharmaceuticals. Prior to this, she served in various roles at Sanofi including R&D and Medical Affairs, Global Clinical Research Director, International Development, Global Project Head, Multiple Therapeutic Area Programs, Global Head Medical Operations and General Medicines Business Unit. Previously, she also served in many leadership positions at Abbott Labs and Covance.

Mr. Brian Elsbernd has been the the Chief Compliance Officer and the Chief Legal Officer of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Legal and Compliance for the company since February 2016. From 2004 to February 2016, he served at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and its predecessors in various capacities including, as the Senior Director of US Healthcare Compliance. Prior to this, he served at Proskauer Rose LLP as an Associate.
