Mr. Rick L. Burdick has been the Chairman of the company since August 2022. He also serves as the Chairman of AutoNation, Inc. Previously, he served as the Lead Director and Vice Chairman of the company. Earlier, he served as a Partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.

Mr. Jerome P. Grisko has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2016, and its President and Director since 2000 and 2015, respectively. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions and Legal Affairs, and Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at the company. Earlier, he served as a Partner at Baker & Hostetler LLP.

Mr. Ware H. Grove has been the Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Vice President of the company since December 2000. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Bridgestreet Accommodations, Inc. Earlier, he served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Lesco, Inc and served in various financial positions at Computerland/Vanstar, Revco D.S., Inc., Manville Corporation, The Upjohn Company, and First of America Bank.

Ms. Donna Mirandola has been the Chief Marketing Officer in August 2024. Previously, she served the Chief Marketing Officer, Growth Marketing at Aon. She also served as the various leadership position such as Vice President, Global External Communications; Vice President, Global Content & Digital Marketing; and Global Head of Field Marketing & Communications at Aon.

Ms. Elizabeth Newman has been the Chief Human Resources Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer of the company since December 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Chief of Staff at the company. Previously, she served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Centers for Families and Children and Circle Health Services and Senior Manager at KPMG LLP.
