Mr. Robert E. Sulentic has been the Chairman of the company since 2023 and the President and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2012. He held several senior leadership roles at the company, including the President of Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa Development Services, the Chief Financial Officer, and the President. Mr. Sulentic also served as the Chairman, the Chief Financial Officer, and the Chief Executive Officer of Trammell Crow Co.

Ms. Emma Giamartino has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Investment Officer of the company. She served as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions in the Americas at the company. Ms. Giamartino also served as the Director of Corporate Development at Verizon Communications. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Investment Banking at Nomura.

Mr. Vikram has been the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Advisory Services at the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of CBRE Platform at the company. Mr. Kohli held various roles at the company, including the President of Business Intelligence, Vice President of Corporate Finance, the Chief Operating Officer of South East Asia, Regional Managing Director of South East Asia, Executive Director of Sales Manager in Asia Pacific, and Senior Director of Global Transactions. He joined the company in 2001.

Mr. Andrew R. Glanzman has been the Chief Executive Officer, Real Estate Investments since 2026, and Co-Chief Executive Officer and the President of CBRE Investment Management since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Global Chief Operating Officer, Real Estate Investments at the company. He joined CBRE in 2010 as a Managing Director and the Chief Legal Officer, Credit Division. Earlier, Mr. Glanzman served as an Attorney, Private Investment Fund Group at Mayer Brown LLP.

Mr. Jamie Hodari has been the Chief Executive Officer, Building Operations and Experience and Chief Commercial Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Industrious. Earlier, he served as the Co-Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Kepler and an investor at Birch Run Capital from 2010 to 2011, a corporate attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell from 2009 to 2010, and a reporter for the Times of India from 2004 to 2005. Previously, Mr. Hodari served as a Director of CBRE Acquisition Holdings, Inc., which merged with Altus Power, Inc.
