Ms. Christine A. Leahy has been the Chairman of the company since January 2023. She also serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2019. Ms. Leahy also serves as a Director of Target Corp. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Revenue Officer of the company from July 2017 to December 2018. She served as the Senior Vice President of International, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary of the company from May 2016 to July 2017. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the company from January 2007 to May 2016.

Mr. Albert J. Miralles has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Enterprise Business Operations of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at CNA Financial Corp from February 2020 to September 2021. He also served as the President of CNA Warranty from October 2019 to September 2021; Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of the CNA Insurance Companies from January 2018 to October 2019; President of Long-Term Care of the CNA Insurance Companies from March 2014 to December 2017. Previously, Mr. Miralles served as the Chief Financial Officer of Nationwide Investments at Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co and as an Executive Vice President of Finance and Accounting of Capital Markets Division for Countrywide Securities Corp.

Mr. Peter R. Locy has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President, and Controller of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of Kemper Insurance. He also held various positions at KPMG, CNA Financial Corporation and Allianz Global Risks US Insurance company.

Mr. Sanjay Sood has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since July 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, General Manager of Highly Automated Driving and Vice President of Core Map Engineering at HERE Technologies. Prior to this, he served various senior positions at YP (formerly AT&T Interactive).

Mr. Rick Kulevich has been the Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President of Risk and Compliance and Secretary of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Senior Director of Ethics and Compliance at the company. Earlier, he served as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Aon Corporation and Assistant General Counsel at Sears.
