Mr. Ronnie Miller is the Chairman of the Board of Directos of the Company. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Hoffmann-La Roche Limited (Roche Canada). Previously, he also held various roles at Hoffmann-La Roche Limited including, National Sales Manager of the UK, Product Manager in Switzerland, and Deputy Divisional Director of the Pharmaceutical Division in Japan. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Innovative Medicines Canada (IMC).

Mr. GagGilles Gagnon is the President, the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of AEterna Zentaris since 1999. Previously, Mr. Gagnon served as the Vice President of external affairs at Novartis Pharma Canada Inc from 1996 till 1999. From 1989 to 1996, he held several positions including Senior Director, Strategic Alliances, Executive Director, Corporate Planning and Business Development, General Manager, Government Affairs and Access to Market and the Director of Professional Services for Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Inc. Prior to this, Mr. Gagnon also served on many boards in the life sciences companies including Montreal In Vivo and Bio Quebec (as the Chairman). Mr. Gagnon is a member of the board of directors for Canada's Research-Based Pharmaceutical Companies (Rx&D).

Ms. Stacy Prefontaine is the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Previously, she served as the Principal at Grant Thornton LLP. Prior to this, Ms. Prefontaine served as the Manager at Collins Barrow Calgary LLP. She has 20 years of experience in public company external financial reporting, corporate tax compliance and planning, and accounting practices and controls.

Ms. Sigrun Watson has been the Chief Revenue Officer of the company since July 2022. Previously, she served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Inagene Diagnostics Inc. Prior to that, Ms. Watson served as a Registered Dietitian at Nestle Canada and Marsan Foods Ltd.
