Mr. Jason DeZwirek has been the Chairman of CECO since May 2013. Previously, he served as the Secretary of the company. Mr. DeZwirek also serves as a Director on the boards of the company’s subsidiaries. He also served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kaboose, Inc. Mr. DeZwirek also previously served as a Director and the Secretary of API Technologies Corp. from November 2006 through January 2011. He is also involved in private investment activities.

Mr. Todd Gleason has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Scientific Analytics. Previously, he also worked with Pentair, Trane Technologies and Honeywell International Inc.

Mr. Peter Johansson has been the Chief Financial and Strategy Officer since August 2022. Prior to this, Mr. Johansson had more than 35 years of diversified industrial business experience with Accudyne Industries, IDEX Corporation, ITT Corporation, American Standard Companies (Trane Technologies, WABCO), and Honeywell.

Mr. Matthew Eckl has been the Chief Financial Officer of CECO since January 2017. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Vice President, Finance - Energy Group at Gardner Denver, Inc. Mr. Eckl joined Gardner Denver in 2012. Prior to joining Gardner Denver, he served in various roles within General Electric from 2002 to 2012.

Mr. Ramesh Nuggihalli has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the President and Managing Director of Greater Asia at Xylem. Prior to Xylem, Mr, Nuggihalli was the Managing Director of the Middle East at Pentair. Earlier, he held a number of leadership positions at Tyco International, General Electric, Ametek and Babcock & Wilcox.
