Ms. Lori J. Ryerkerk has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2020. Prior to joining the company, she worked as Executive Vice President of Global Manufacturing for Shell Downstream Inc in October 2013. Ms. Ryerkerk joined Shell in May 2010 as the Regional Vice President of Manufacturing in Europe and Africa. Prior to joining Shell, she worked as Senior Vice President of Refining, Supply and Terminals at Hess Corporation. Prior to that, she worked for 24 years with ExxonMobil.

Mr. Chuck Kyrish has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2023. He served as Vice President of Corporate Finance with responsibility for accounting, treasury, internal audit, and tax. He also served as Chief Financial Officer Acetyl Chain, Vice President of Investor Relations, Vice President M&A and Integration Finance, Vice President and Treasurer, and in a variety of other finance roles.

Mr. Scott A. Richardson has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Celanese since February 2018. Prior to this, he was Senior Vice President of the Engineered Materials business since December 2015. Previously, Mr. Richardson served as Vice President and General Manager of the Acetyl Chain. He served in different roles in the company, including Global Commercial Director, Acetyls; Manager of Investor Relations; Business Analysis Manager, Acetyls; and Business Line Controller, Polyols and Solvents. Mr. Richardson joined Celanese in 2005. Before joining the company, he held various finance, operational and leadership roles at American Airlines.

Mr. Sameer Purao, has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. Previously, he has held variety of executive IT positions in companies such as KBR, Sulzer & PCC.

Ms. Vanessa Dupuis has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Celanese since February 2021. Prior to this, she served as the head of global talent management from 2017 to 2019. She was tasked with leading the Human resources team as the Head of the department in 2019. In this role, she served as a strategic human resources partner to the CFO, General Counsel, Head of Procurement and Head of Customer Experience.
