Mr. Michael M. Wilson has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Agrium Inc. Prior to this, he served as the President of Methanex Corp and held various senior positions in North America and Asia at The Dow Chemical Company. Mr. Wilson also serves as the Director of Air Canada and Suncor Energy Inc, and Finning International Inc.

Mr. Robert A. Mionis has been the Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Operating Partner and Senior Advisor at Pamplona Capital Management, supporting several companies across a broad range of industries. He also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of StandardAero. Mr. Mionis served as the Director of Shawcor Ltd from 2018 to 2021.

Mr. Mandeep Chawlahas has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he held senior management positions which include Interim Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance of the company from 2016 to 2017. Mr. Chawla also held senior financial management position at MDS Inc, Tyco International, and General Electric. He also worked as a Director of Sleep Country Canada Holdings Inc.

Mr. Yann Etienvre has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Sensata Technologies from 2013 to 2021. He has held various leadership roles at IMI plc, GE Healthcare, Montupet and Renault.

Ms. Leila Wong has been the Chief Human Resource Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Rewards and Talent Management. Previously, she held various Senior Human Resources roles at Nortel. Ms. Leila spent over 20 years in finance in several disciplines including investor relations, financial reporting and strategic business intelligence.
