Ms. Karen Shoos has been the Chairperson of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as a Director of the company since 2001. Previously, Ms. Shoos served as a Director at Maryland Tech Council Venture. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at American Red Cross.

Mr. Anthony S. Marucci has been the President, the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2008. Prior to this, he worked as the Executive Vice President, the Chief Financial Officer, the Treasurer and a Secretary. Mr. Marucci also served as the Treasurer of Medarex from December 1998 to March 2004 and also held many senior financial positions till 1998. Prior to this, he served as a Member of the board of trustees and the Treasurer at BioNJ.

Mr. Sam Martin has been the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and the Senior Vice President of the company since 2017. He joined Celldex in April 2009 as Director of Financial Reporting and Planning and Analysis. Prior to this, Mr. Martin served as the Vice President of Finance. Previously, he served as the Director of Finance and Corporate Compliance for Alseres Pharmaceuticals. He also served at Ernst & Young, holding various positions prior to completing his tenure as Audit Manager.

Mr. Diane Young has been the Chief Medical Officer and the Senior Vice President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and the Chief Medical Officer at GTx Inc from 2015 to 2019. From 2002 to 2015, Mr. Young served in various roles includes the Vice President, Global Head of Medical, Head of Oncology Clinical Development and Medical Affairs of America and Canada.

Dr. Tibor Keler has been the Executive Vice President and the Chief Scientific Officer of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he was the Senior Director, preclinical development and the principal scientist at Medarex from September 1993 to March 2004. While at Medarex, he was responsible for the preclinical development of a number of Medarex clinical product candidates. Additionally, Dr. Keler was responsible for the development of Celldex's core technology and related products.
