Mr. Douglas J. Swirsky has been the Chairman of the company since August 2017. Previously, he served as the President and the Chief Executive Officer of GenVec Inc from 2014 to June 2017. From 2006 to 2014, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Vice President, Treasurer and the Corporate Secretary of GenVec. Before joining GenVec, he served at Stifel Nicolaus as the the Head of Life Sciences investment banking and as a Managing Director. Prior to this, he held investment banking positions at PaineWebber, Morgan Stanley, UBS and Legg Mason. He is a member of the board of directors for Pernix Therapeutics Holdings Inc and Fibrocell Science Inc. He is also the President and the Chief Executive Officer of Rexahn Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Mr. James Caruso has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Directors of the company since 2015. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of HIP Innovation Technology, LLC. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Allos Therapeutics, Inc.; and Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, at Bone Care International, Inc. Previously he held positions such as Vice President of Neuroscience Specialty Sales at Novartis; Vice President of Primary Care and Specialty Sales at BASF Pharmaceuticals-Knoll; and in Senior Sales and Marketing roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company.

Mr. Chad Kolean has been Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Vice President of the company since February 2022. Prior to this he served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Pioneer Surgical Technology. He held various positions at Tomotherapy, Inc., Metavante Corporation, Snap On, Inc., Herman Miller, Inc., Kaydon Corporation, and Arthur Andersen, LLP.

Mr. Jarrod Longcor has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since February 2022. Prior to this he served as a Chief Business Officer of company since September 2017. Jarrod has experience of 20 years in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Prior to joining the company, he served as Chief Business Officer for Avillion LLP. Prior to that, he was the Vice President of corporate development for Rib-X Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He also held key positions in several small to midsized biotech companies where he was responsible for business development, strategic planning and operations.

Mr. Shane Lea has been the Chief Commercial Officer of the company since November 2022. Prior to this he served as a Senior Vice President Hematology at TG Therapeutics; Vice President for Hematology and Myeloid franchise at Celgene-BMS .
