Mr. Alexander J. Pourbaix has been the Chairman of the company since April 2023. He serves as a Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this he served as a Chief Executive Officer, President of the company from 2017 to 2023. He also serves as the Chairman of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers and Mount Royal University. Previously, he served as a Director of Trican Well Service Ltd.

Mr. McKenzie has been the Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2023. prior to this he served as a Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Cenovus from 2021 to 2023. He is responsible for the company’s day-to-day business and global commercial operations. Mr. McKenzie has over 20 years of experience of finance and operations in Canadian oil and gas industry. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2018 to 2021. Prior to this, Mr. McKenzie served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Commercial Officer of Irving Oil. He also worked at Suncor for senior roles in finance and operations.

Ms. Rhona DelFrari has been the Chief Sustainability Officer and Executive Vice President for Stakeholder Engagement of the company. Prior to this, she was a journalist and senior leader in television newsrooms companies such as CBC and Global.
