Mr. Michael S. Parrett has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Stillwater Mining Co from 2009 to 2017. He also served as the Chairman of Gabriel Resources Ltd from 2005 to 2010, and a Director of Pengrowth Energy Corp from 2006 to 2016. He served as a Director at Fording Canadian Coal Trust from 2003 to 2008. Previously, Mr. Parrett served as the Chief Executive Officer of Billiton Base Metals; President and Chief Financial Officer of Rio Algom Ltd; and Chief Financial Officer of Falconbridge Ltd.

Mr. Paul Tomory has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Technical Officer of Kinross Gold Corp. Mr. Tomory worked as a consultant for Bain & Co and Golder Associates.

Mr. Ryan Snyder has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since April 2024. Previously, he was Centerra’s Vice President of Finance from May 2022 to April 2024. Prior to this, Mr. Ryan Snyder served as Chief Financial Officer of Electra Battery Materials Corporation from 2018 to 2022 and Chief Financial Officer of Primero Mining Corporation from 2017 to 2018. Earlier, he held financial roles at several companies, including 5 years in operations finance with Inmet Mining. Ryan began his career with KPMG in Toronto in 2005.

Mr. Paul Chawrun has been the Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of the company in 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Teranga Gold Corp. He served as the Director of Technical Services for Fording and Suncor Energy.
