Ms. Anne P. Noonan has been the Chairman of the company since 2025. Prior to this, she was the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Summit Materials, Inc from 2020 to 2025. Previously, Ms. Noonan served as president and chief executive officer and as a member of the board of directors of OMNOVA Solutions Inc. She also served as OMNOVA’s President of Performance Chemicals from 2014 to December 2016.

Mr. Christopher D. Bohn has been the Director, Chief Executive Officer, President of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Distribution for the company. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing in CF from 2016 to 2016 and as the Director of TNGP in 2016. He also served as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain from 2015 to 2015 and as the Vice President of Supply Chain from 2014 to 2014. Mr. Bohn also served as the Vice President of Corporate Planning from 2010 to 2014 and as the Director of Corporate Planning and Analysis, from 2009 to 2010. Prior to joining CF Industries, Mr. Bohn served as Chief Financial Officer of Hess Print Solutions from 2007 to 2009. Earlier in his career, he was Vice President of Global Financial Planning and Analysis for Merisant Worldwide, Inc.

Mr. Andrew T. Scribner has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2026. Prior to this, he was the Vice President, Global Controller and Head of corporate finance planning and analysis at Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Previously he was the Chief Financial Officer for Kimberly-Clark North America. Prior to Kimberly-Clark, he held Senior Finance leadership roles at Gap Inc., including Chief Financial Officer roles for the Banana Republic and Athleta brands.

Mr. Richard A. Hoker has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller, and Vice President of the company since 2007. Prior to this, he was the Vice President and Controller at Sara Lee Corporation. Previously, he was in the Financial Advisory Services at Coopers & Lybrand LLP.

Ms. Susan L. Menzel has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, she served as Senior Vice President of the Human Resources Division of the company from October 2017 to July 2023; Executive Vice President of Human Resources for CNO Financial Group Inc from May 2005 to October 2017; Senior Vice President of Human Resources for APAC Customer Services Inc. Ms. Menzel has also served in various positions for Sears, Roebuck & Co, and Montgomery Ward & Co Inc.
