Mr. Philippe Salle has been the Chairman of CGG since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Elior from 2015 to 2017. Mr. Salle also served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Altran group from 2011 to 2015; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Vedior France from 2002 to 2023. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of sEmeria Holding, Emeria Europe, Finellas, Hodpar, Artellas, Hodlon Limited, and LHG Square Limited. He also serves as a Director of Gerance de Passy, Diot Siaci, CIC Banque Transatlantique, Mister Temp Group, Emeria Res UK Limited, Emeria Res Newco Limited, and Emeria Belux.

Ms. Sophie Zurquiyah has been the Director and Chief Executive Officer of CGG since 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of the GGR segment, Technology and Global Operational Excellence. She joined the company in 2013. Previously, she worked as the Chief Operating Officer in charge of the GGR business lines, Global Operational Excellence and Technology of CGG.

Mr. Jerome Serve has been the Chief Financial Officer of CGG since March 2023. Prior to this, he worked as the Chief Financial Officer of the Interiors division of Forvia/Faurecia. He also served as a Reservoir Engineer at TotalEnergies, and served in the M&A and Financing team of Shell. Previously, Mr. Serve also worked as the Group Chief Financial Officer of Butagaz.
