Mr. Yin Engang has been the Joint Company Secretary and Board Secretary of CGN Power since August 2020 and its Chief Financial Officer since October 2017. Previously, he served as the Director of CGN New Energy Holdings Co Ltd from March 2015 to January 2018. Earlier, he worked as the General Manager of the finance department of CGNPC from March 2014 to October 2017. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of CGNPC Industry Investment Fund Management Co Ltd from July 2008 to March 2014. Mr. Engang served as the Deputy Head of the preparatory team of CGNPC Industry Investment Fund Management Co Ltd from October 2007 to July 2008 and Chief Accountant of Hongyanhe Nuclear from August 2006 to October 2007.

Mr. Yang Changli has been the Chairman of the company since May 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Secretary of the party committee, a director and the General Manager of CGNPC January 2020 to July 2020; a member of the party leadership group and the Deputy General Manager of China National Nuclear Corporation from July 2006 to January 2020; and Deputy Director and Director of the Technology and International Cooperation Department of China National Nuclear Corporation from June 1999 to July 2006.
