Mr. Daniel W. Rabun has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Ensco Plc. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ensco till his retirement in 2014. Mr. Rabun also served a Partner of Baker & McKenzie LLP. Preceding this, he served as the Chairman of Golar LNG Ltd from 2015 to 2017. He currently serves as the Director of Borr Drilling Limited since 2023.

Mr. Sivasankaran Somasundaram has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Dover Corporation and President and Chief Executive Officer of Dover Energy from 2013 to 2018. Prior to this, he held various leadership positions at Dover such as Vice President of Dover Energy, Executive Vice President of Dover Fluid Management, President of Dover’s Fluid Solutions Platform, President of Dover’s Gas Equipment Group and President of Dover’s RPA Process Technologies business. Mr. Somasundaram held various leadership positions at GL&V Inc and Baker Hughes Inc. He currently serves as the Director of Magellan Midstream Partners since 2022.

Mr. Kenneth M. Fisher has been the Chief Financial Officer and the Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Noble Energy Inc till 2020. Prior to this, he also served as the Chairman of Noble Midstream Partners from 2016 to 2020. Mr. Fisher joined Noble Energy Inc as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2009. Preceding this, he held various senior leadership roles in Shell, such as Executive Vice President of Finance for Upstream in Americas, Director of Strategy & Business Development for Royal Dutch Shell plc in The Hague; Executive Vice President of Strategy and Portfolio for Global Downstream in London and Chief Financial Officer of Shell Oil Products US from 2002 to 2009. Prior to joining Shell, he held various senior financial positions in the General Electric Company.

Mr. Deric Bryant has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and President of Upstream of Nalco Champion from 2019 to 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Oilfield Chemicals of Nalco Champion from 2017 to 2019. Mr. Bryant also served as the Senior Vice President of Oilfield Chemicals of Nalco Champion from 2016 to 2017. Preceding this, he served as the Vice President of Oilfield Chemicals of Nalco Champion from 2014 to 2016.

Ms. Alina Parast is the Chief Information Officer and the Senior Vice President of the company. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Information Technology. Prior to this, she served as the Head of Global Infrastructure Services Organization at Alcatel-Lucient. Ms. Parast held various leadership position at Lucent Technologies and AT&T Network Systems. Preceding this, she also held various positions in research and development, manufacturing and process engineering.
