Mr. Kuang Hua Hu is the Chairman of the bank. Prior to this, he served as the President and Managing Director at Mega International Commercial Bank. He was the Director of Mega International Investment Trust Co., Ltd. and Managing Director of Mega International Commercial Bank. He also held the position of President and Director at Mega Financial Holding Co., Ltd. and served as the Director of Next Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. Mr. Hu was the Executive Vice President of Taiwan Cooperative Bank, Taiwan Cooperative Financial Holding Co., Ltd. and served as the Chairperson of Taiwan Cooperative Bills Finance Corporation.

Mr. Kuang Hua Hu is the President, Director and Managing Director of the bank. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President at First Commercial Bank. Prior to this, he held the position of an Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at First Financial Holding Co., Ltd. He also served as a Director at Taipei Financial Center Corporation and First Commercial Bank (USA). Additionally, he was a Vice President & General Manager at the Phnom Penh Branch of First Commercial Bank.

Mr. Wen-Siung Lee has been a Director of the bank since 2020. Previously, he served as a Director of Banking Bureau and Securities and Futures Bureau at FSC. He also served as the Chairman at Land Bank Insurance Brokerage Co Ltd.

Mr. Chien-Yi Chang has been a Director of the bank since 2018. He also serves as a Managing Independent Director of CPC Corporation, Taiwan, Yang Ming Marine Transport Corp, Asia Pacific Emerging Industry Venture Capital Co Ltd, and United Renewable Energy Co Ltd. He has been the President of the Taiwan Institute of Economic Research since 2019, and Director of Central Bank of the Republic of China (Taiwan) since 2020.
