Ms. Jillian C. Evanko has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2018. She served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2017 to 2021; and Treasurer of the company from 2019 to 2021. She served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Truck-Lite Co LLC and held various executive positions at Dover Corp and its subsidiaries, including Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dover Fluids; and worked in valuation services at Arthur Andersen LLP and held audit and accounting roles for Honeywell and Sony Corp of America. She also serves as Independent Director of Alliant Energy Corp and its subsidiaries, Interstate Power and Light Co and Wisconsin Power and Light Co. She joined the company in 2017 as the Vice President of Finance.

Mr. Joe Brinkman has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and General Manager of Industrial Gas Products of the company.

Mr. Douglas Ducote is the Chief Technology Officer and President of Global Engineering of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President Process Plant Technology for E&C. Earlier, he held various roles in the company including the General Manager of operations in New Iberia, Louisiana and the General Manager of the Process Systems business in The Woodlands, Texas.

Mr. Brian P. Bostrom has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2023. He held numerous engineering roles, including his most recent role of President of Global Engineering. He will have responsibility for all global engineering activities and the advancement and commercialization of global product applications across the company.

Mr. Joseph Belling is the Chief Commercial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the President of the Energy & Chemicals (E&C) segment; the President of E&C Cryogenics; and Vice President and General Manager of Chart’s Brazed Aluminum Heat Exchangers (BAHX) business. Previously, he served as Sales/Applications Engineer with ALTEC International in 1993. Earlier, he worked at Trane.
