Cheniere Energy Inc (Cheniere) is a midstream energy company that operates LNG-related businesses. Through its general partner, Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P., and Cheniere Energy Partners LP Holdings, the company owns and operates the Sabine Pass LNG receiving terminal and Creole Trail Pipeline. It also operates LNG terminal projects, namely, Sabine Pass LNG terminal and the Corpus Christi LNG terminal, which are under construction. The company also carries out the LNG and natural gas marketing businesses through its subsidiary Cheniere Marketing, LLC. It has operations in Ireland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, India, The US, United Kingdom Switzerland, Germany and Other Countries. Cheniere is headquartered in Houston, Texas, the US.
