Cheniere Energy Partners LP: Executives

Mr. Jack A Fusco has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2016. Previously, he served at Calpine Corporation as the Chief Executive Officer from 2008 to 2014; Chairman from 2014 to 2016 and Director from 2008 to 2018. Prior to this, he served as Vice President, President and Chief Executive Officer from 1998-2002 at Goldman Sachs; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Texas Genco LLC. He also served at Pacific Gas & Electric Company. Currently, he serves as the Manager, President and Chief Executive Officer of the general partner of Sabine Pass LNG, L.P. and Chief Executive Officer of Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC.

Mr. Zach Davis has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Director of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Vice President, Finance and Planning from 2016 to 2020 of the company. Prior to this, he served at Credit Suisse, Marathon Capital and HSH Nordbank. Currently, he also serves as Director and Chief Financial Officer of Cheniere Partners GP.

Mr. Anatol Feygin is serving as the Director and Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of the company. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development of the company. Prior to this, he served as Energy Strategist and Senior Portfolio Manager at Loews Corporation from 2007 to 2014. He served as Head of Global Commodity Strategy at Bank of America.
