Mr. Mike Wichterich serves as the Executive Chairman and of the company since October 2021. He was the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company between April 2021 and October 2021 and he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since February 2021. He is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Three Rivers Operating Company LLC, a private exploration and production company with a focus in the Permian Basin. Prior to Three Rivers, Mr. Wichterich served as the Chief Financial Officer of Texas American Resources, New Braunfels Utilities, and Mariner Energy. He began his career with Pricewaterhouse Coopers in its energy auditing practices. Mr. Wichterich also serves as a board member of Grizzly Energy, Bruin E&P Operating, and Extraction Oil and Gas.

Mr. Domenic J Nick Dell'Osso Jr has been the Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. Previously he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2010. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Chesapeake Midstream Development, L.P from August 2008 to November 2010. Previously, Mr. Dell’Osso served as an Energy Investment Banker with Jefferies & Co. from 2006 to 2008 and Banc of America Securities from 2004 to 2006.

Mr. Mohit Singh has been the Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served at various executive leadership roles at BPX Energy for six years. He led the M&A, corporate land and reserves functions, having previously served as Head of Business Development and Exploration and as Senior Vice President – North Business Unit. Before joining BPX, he worked as an investment banker focused on oil and gas transactions for RBC Capital Markets and Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Josh J. Viets has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since February 2022. He served as Vice President in Permian basin business unit of ConocoPhillips. Mr.Viets started his career in ConocoPhillips in 2002 and worked at various technical and leadership roles in the US and the UK.

Mrs. Usha Turner has been the Chief Sustainability Officer and the Vice President of the company since 2022. She has more than 20 years of experience in the power sector in Texas and Oklahoma.
