Mr. Mike Poon has been the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited (CALC). He is the chairman of Sustainability Steering Committee and a member of each of Strategy Committee, and Remuneration Committee of the Company. He is also Director of the multiple subsidiaries of the company. Mr. POON serves as the chief executive officer and a director of ARI as well as certain subsidiaries of ARI. Mr. Poon is the Founder and Chairman at Friedmann Pacific Asset Management Limited. He has over 20 years of experience in direct investment, structured finance and aviation financing.

Ms. Liu Wanting is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director and Chief Commercial Officer of the company. She also serves as the Director of ARI and several subsidiaries of the company. Ms. LIU is a founding member of Chinese Financial Association of Hong Kong. He also held 13.5% stake in Linkasia Airlines

Mr. Li Guohui has been Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Financial Officer and secretary of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Director and Joint Chief Financial Officer of Zhongsheng Group Holdings Limited from 2019 to 2022. Previously, he served as an Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the Listing Rules of China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Limited from 2013 to 2019. He has over 30 years of experience working as a senior executive in multiple companies.

Mr. Pitney Tang Yu Ping is the Chief Operating Officer of the company. He joined the company in 2011 as the Financial Controller responsible for financial management and accounting. Mr. Ping held senior financial positions in various companies listed in Hong Kong. He has over 25 years of experience in corporate development, financial management, consulting for various industries including aircraft leasing, aviation logistics, e-media, corporate finance advisory and manufacturing. He also serves as the Director of various subsidiaries of the Company.

Mr. An Xuesong has been the Chairman of the company since October 2024. Currently, he also serves as a Director of China Everbright Limited, the Vice President of CEL group and Director of Ying Li International Real Estate Limited. Previously, he served as the Director, vice President and Chief Financial Officer of China Everbright Environment Group Limited from October 2021 to March 2024. Previously, he was Director and Chief Executive Officer of China Everbright Water Limited from December 2014 to October 2021.
