Mr. Xu Guohong has been the Chairman of the company since August 2025. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of CAO from November 2017 and September 2022. Earlier, he served as General Manager of the Audit Department of China National Aviation Fuel Group Limited (CNAF) from March 2012 and July 2018. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of China National Aviation Fuel Petroleum Co., Ltd. from October 2007 and March 2012. Prior to this, he served at Jinxi Refining and Chemical Company at various senior management positions, and overseeing finance and accounting, audit, and other related functions.

Mr. Lin Yi has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the General Manager of China National Aviation Fuel south China Bluesky Corporation Ltd. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of Guangdong Branch at China National Aviation Fuel South China Bluesky Corporation Ltd. Mr. Yi also worked as an Advisor of China National Aviation Fuel South China Bluesky Corporation Ltd. He also served as the Director of China Aviation Oil (Hong Kong) Company Limited, Chairman of North American Fuel Corporation, Chairman of China Aviation Fuel (Europe) Limited, Chairman of Oilhub Korea Yeosu Co., Ltd and Deputy Chairman of Shanghai Pudong International Airport Aviation Fuel Supply Corporation Ltd.

Mr. Zou Yaoping has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the Deputy General Manager of Finance Department, China National Aviation Fuel Group Limited.
