Mr. Zhang Weidong has been the Chairman of the company since August 2022. Currently, he serves as the Chairman at NCB Hong Kong since November 2020. Prior to this, he served as the President and Director of the company from January 2020 to July 2022. Previously, he held several positions at China Trust Protection Fund Co., Ltd between November 2015 and October 2019. Earlier, he worked with China Construction Bank between July 1992 and April 1999.

Mr. Liang Qiang has been the President and Director of the company since October 2022. Prior to this, he served as the President and Director at China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd. between June 2021 and September 2022. Previously, he served as the President and Director at China Great Wall Asset Management Co., Ltd from December 2020 to June 2021. He served as Director and Vice President at China Orient Asset Management Co., Ltd. between December 2019 and December 2020. Formerly, he also worked with Nanyang Commercial Bank, Limited and China Construction Bank.

Mr. Yang Yingxun has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since August 2020. Currently, he also serves as a Director at NCB Hong Kong since September 2020. Previously, he worked at China Construction Bank Trust and Investment Corporation between July 1996 and May 1999.

Mr. Luo Zhenhong has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of China Banking Law Society. Previously, he served as the Vice President of the Banking Law Division of China Law Society from 2008 to 2012. Furthermore, he served as the General Manager of the Legal and Compliance Department of the Company. He also served at various other positions in the company including General Manager, Deputy General Manager and Senior Manager of legal department.

Mr. Liu Ligeng has been the Vice President of the company since June 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the labor union of the Company. Previously, he served as Head and Deputy Head of Human Resources Department at the CBRC between September 2003 and January 2014. Earlier, he served as an Officer and Deputy Head of Human Resources Division, Education Division, and Human Resources and Staff Training Division at PBOC between July 1988 and September 2003.
