Mr. Guo Danghua has been the Chairman of the bank since December 2022. He is also Vice President and Executive Director at CITIC Bank Corporation Limited; Chairman at CITIC International Assets Management Limited and CITIC Wealth Management Corporation Limited; Director at CITIC International Financial Holdings Limited. Previously, he was General Manager of Business Department and Chief Auditor at China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited in 1986.

Mr. Bi Mingqiang has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the bank since September 2018. He also serves as the Chairman of CITIC Bank International (China) Limited and CNCBI Investment Holdings Limited, and a Director of Ka Wah International Merchant Finance Limited. Previously, he worked at The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) group as Head of Credit Management and Country Head of US operations; Chief Executive Officer and President of ICBC Canada and Chairman of ICBC Standard Bank Plc; Managing Director at CICC Capital Management Co Ltd. Mr. Mingqiang holds over 22 years of experience in finance industry.

Ms. Helen Kan has been an Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Bank of the bank since March 2013. She also serves as the Group Head of Personal and Business Banking division of the bank and director of bank’s subsidiaries including The Hongkong Chinese Bank (Nominees) Limited, CKWB-SN Limited, Viewcon Hong Kong Limited, Sino-Allied Development Limited, The Ka Wah Bank (Nominees) Limited, Security Nominees Limited and Nova Credit Limited. Prior to joining the bank, she served as the Global Head of Distribution of Standard Chartered Bank.

Ms. Sui Yang has been the Chief Financial Officer of the bank since February 2022. She also serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer of CITIC International Financial Holdings Limited. Prior to joining the Bank, she served as the General Manager and Group Financial Controller of Dah Sing Bank, Limited. Previously, she held various senior finance positions at Standard Chartered Bank Group across different business areas such as wholesale banking, treasury and consumer banking in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Mr. Frazer Lam has been the Chief Information Officer and Head of Information Technology of the bank since December 2022. Previously, he was General Manager of Technology & Digital Services Department at New World Development Company Limited. He also worked as Deputy General Manager of Information Technology Department at Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited.
