Mr. Shen Qiang has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2024. He also served as a Director of The Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association. Prior to this, he held various roles at CNCB including Deputy General Manager of Business Department of the Head Office, General Manager of Investment Banking, General Manager of General Office, President of Chengdu Branch and General Manager of Credit Approval of CNCB.

Ms. Sui Yang has been the Chief Financial Officer of the bank since February 2022. She also serves as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the bank and Group Chief Financial Officer of CITIC International Financial Holdings Limited. Prior to joining the Bank, she served as the General Manager and Group Financial Controller of Dah Sing Bank, Limited. Previously, she held various senior finance positions at Standard Chartered Bank Group across different business areas such as wholesale banking, treasury and consumer banking in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Mr. Frazer Lam has been the Chief Information Officer and Head of Information Technology of the bank since December 2022. Previously, he was General Manager of Technology & Digital Services Department at New World Development Company Limited. He also worked as Deputy General Manager of Information Technology Department at Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited.

Mr. Clement Woo has been the Chief Risk Officer of the bank since 2022. Prior, he served as Chief Risk Officer at Chong Hing Bank Limited. He worked at various positions in different organisations including ICBC (Asia) Limited, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Standard Bank Asia Limited, UFJ Bank Limited.

Ms. Christine Yau has been the Chief Compliance and Operations Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the bank since 2019. She is also the Group Chief Controls and Compliance Officer of CITIC International Financial Holdings Ltd.
