Mr. Wang Shudong has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer of China Power Investment Corporation. Earlier, he served as the Deputy General Manager of CPI Huolinhe Coal Power Co., Ltd. Mr. Shudong also served as a Director of the General Office of China Power Investment Corporation Limited, the Assistant to General Manager and Director of the General Office of China Power Investment Corporation Limited, the Assistant to General Manager of State Power Investment Corporation Limited.

Mr. Gao Shigang has been the President and an Executive Director of the company since 2026. He also serves as a Director and the General Manager of China National Coal Group Corp. He was the Deputy Chief Engineer and Deputy Mine Director at Yujialiang Coal Mine.

Mr. Chai Qiaolin has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy General Manager in the Financial Management Department of China Coal Group and the Manager, Deputy Manager of the Financial Department, and Deputy Chief Accountant at the company. He also served at China Coal Overseas Development Co., Ltd., China National Coal Industry Import & Export Corporation, China National Coal Industry Import and Export Group Corporation. Mr. Qiaolin also served as a Director and the General Manager of China Coal Finance Co., Ltd. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of China Coal Finance Co., Ltd., and a Director of China Coal Property Insurance Co., Ltd.
