China Communications Services Corp Ltd: Executives

Mr. Luan Xiaowei has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy General Manager of China Mobile Group Shanxi Co., Ltd., General Manager of China Mobile Group Fujian Co., Ltd. and the General Manager of China Mobile Group Device Co., Ltd. Mr. Luan currently serves as the Vice President of China Telecommunications Corporation.

Mr. CUI Zhanwei has been the President and Executive Director of the Company since December 2024. Previously, he was the General Manager of China Telecom Guangdong Branch. Prior to this, he also served as the General Manager of Shijiazhuang Branch of Hebei Telecom, a Director of the Market Development Department of Hebei Telecom, a Divisional Director of Northern Division of the Marketing Department of China Telecommunications Corporation, a Deputy General Manager of China Telecom Inner Mongolia Branch, a Deputy General Manager and the General Manager of China Telecom Hebei Branch.

Mr. Shen Aqiang has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as General Manager at Shandong Luxin Property Investment and Development Co. Mr. Yan also served in different positions in the subsidiaries of the company, including a Director of China Comservice Smart Property Development Co., Ltd., the Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of China International Telecommunication Construction Corporation, a Director and the General Manager of Shanghai Communications Services Company Limited, and he was also the Deputy General Manager of the Sideline Industrial Management Department of China Telecommunications Corporation. He is currently the Chairman of China Communications Services International Limited and the Chairman of China Comservice Software Tech. Co., Ltd.

Mr. Chung Wai Cheung has been the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the company since 2006. He joined the company in October 2006. Prior to this, Mr. Cheung worked in an international accounting firm, China Mobile Limited and China Telecom Corporation Limited. He has more than 20 years of vast experience in auditing, company secretary and financial management of listed companies.
