Mr. Wang Zhiqing has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Secretary-General of the State Council from November 2021 to October 2023. He served as the Deputy Director of the Ministry of Transport from February 2021 to November 2021. Earlier, Mr. Zhiqing was the Chief Planner and the Director of the General Planning Department of the Ministry of Transport from February 2019 to February 2021. He served as the Deputy Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of China from March 2014 to February 2019. Mr. Zhiqing joined the civil aviation industry in 1988 and served as the Deputy Director of the Department of Planning, Development and Finance and the Deputy Director of Department of Planning and Development of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, the Director of the General Office and the Director of the Department of General Affairs of the Civil Aviation Administration of China.

Mr. Liu Tiexiang has been the Vice Chairman and President of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Air China Limited and the Chairman of Beijing Airlines Co., Ltd. Prior to this, he was the Vice President and Member of the Party Leadership Group of CEA Holding from March 2020 to September 2024.

Mr. Zhou Qimin has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the company. He also serves as the Chief Accountant of CEA Holding. Previously, he was the Interim Secretary of the company. Prior to this, he served at Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China Ltd in various roles including the Head of the Financial Department, and the Chief Accountant, Deputy Chief Accountant, and the Chief Accountant.

Mr. Li Zhiyong has been the Vice President of the company since May 2025. Prior to this, he was the Executive Vice President of Eastern Airlines Technic Co., Ltd. He served as the Vice Chief Engineer of the company from March 2018 to January 2019 and as the President of the Aircraft Engineering Department from March 2018 to August 2024. He also served as the Chief Engineer of the company and as the Chief Director of the company and Shanghai Command Department of CEA Holding from August 2024 to May 2025.

Mr. Wan Qingchao serves as the Vice President of the company since 2024. He also serves as the Vice President of CEA Holding. Prior to this, he served as the Director and President of Shenzhen Airlines Co., Ltd. He held various roles at of Air China Inner Mongolia Co., Ltd., including the Safety Director, Vice President and President. Mr. Qingchao joined the civil aviation industry in 1995 and served as the Operation Director of the operation control center and Senior Manager of operation management of Air China.
