Mr. Wang Zhiheng has been an Executive Director and President of the bank since March 2023, and Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of the Bank since December 2022. He also serves as Member of the CPC Committee and Executive Director of China Everbright Group Ltd. Previously he served as Deputy Division Chief of Corporate Planning Division of Corporate Banking Department of H.O., Chief Officer and Deputy General Manager of Human Resources Department of H.O., Member of the CPC Committee and General Manager of Guangdong Provincial Branch, Secretary of the CPC Committee and General Manager of Qinghai Provincial Branch, Head of Organization Department of the CPC Committee, General Manager of Human Resources Department of H.O., Secretary of the CPC Committee and General Manager of Beijing Branch, Member of the CPC Committee and Executive Vice President of H.O. of Bank of China.

Mr. Qu Liang has been the Executive Director and Executive Vice President of the bank since 2021. Prior to this, he has served as Deputy General Manager of Corporate Business Department of Henan Provincial Branch of ICBC, General Manager of Corporate Banking Department II, Director of General Office, Deputy General Manager of Corporate Banking Department at CMB Head Office, General Manager of CMB Hohhot Branch, General Manager of CMB Chongqing Branch and many other positions of Sydney Branch of the Bank.

Mr. Zhang Xuyang has been the Chief Business Supervisor and Secretary to the Board of Directors of the Bank since August 2022. Prior to this, he was the Vice President of Baidu, Inc., and Duxiaoman Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhang was also the non-executive Director of Yixin Group Limited and the Chairman of the supervisory committee of NetsUnion Clearing Corporation.

Mr. Wang Jiang has been the Chairman since August 2022, and Secretary of the CPC Committee of the bank since March 2022. He also serves as Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chairman of China Everbright Group Ltd, President of Party School of China Everbright Group Ltd. and Chairman of China Everbright Limited. He served as Deputy Division Chief of Credit Risk Management Division of Shandong Provincial Branch, General Manager of Dezhou Sub-branch of Shandong Provincial Branch, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and Deputy General Manager of Shandong Provincial Branch, Secretary of the CPC Committee and General Manager of Hubei Provincial Branch, Secretary of the CPC Committee and General Manager of Shanghai Branch of China Construction Bank; Member of the CPC Committee and Executive Vice President of Bank of Communications.

Mr. Wu Lijun has been the Vice Chairman of the bank since March 2020. He serves as Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Manager of China Everbright Group Ltd. Previously he served as Deputy Director (Deputy Bureau Director level) of State Regulation Center of Supplies Reserve of Ministry of Internal Trade; Head of IT Service Center, Deputy Director (Presiding) of Training Center, Director of Department of Personnel & Education and Director of Organization Department of the CPC Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC); Member of the CPC Committee and Assistant Chairman of CSRC; Chairman of the Board of Directors and Secretary of the CPC Committee (Deputy Minister level) of Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
