Mr. Hao Cheng has been a Director and President of the bank since August 2024. Previously, he served as Director of China Everbright Group Ltd. Prior to this, he served as Deputy General Manager of China Development Bank Tianjin Branch, Deputy Director-General of Human Resources Department and Organization Department of the CPC Committee of China Development Bank, Secretary of the CPC Committee and General Manager of China Development Bank Jilin Branch, and Member of the CPC Committee and Executive Vice President of Bank of Communications.

Ms. Liu Yan serves has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the bank since 2024. Previously, she served various positions such as Business Executive and Deputy Business Manager of Planning and Finance Sub-department of Banking Department of CEB H.O., Deputy Business Manager, Deputy Division Chief of Expense Reimbursement Management Division, Senior Manager of Management Accounting Division of Planning and Finance Department, Deputy Director-General of Audit Center (East) (Assistant General Manager level of H.O. Department), Deputy General Manager of CEB Shanghai Branch, and Deputy General Manager of Asset & Liability Management Department of CEB H.O.

Mr. Ma Bo has served as the Chief Risk Officer of the bank since April 2025. Previously, he served as the Dean of Everbright Financial Research Institute/Postdoctoral Workstation and general manager of the risk management department. Prior to this, he joined the Bank and served as deputy director of the audit department, director of the credit control department, assistant to the general manager, deputy general manager, and deputy general manager of the risk management department while concurrently serving as director of the Basel New Capital Accord Office, general manager of the intelligent risk control center, party secretary and deputy general manager of the credit card center, general manager of the risk management department, and general manager of the intelligent operations center.

Mr. Zhang Xuyang has been the Chief Business Supervisor and Secretary to the Board of Directors of the bank since August 2022. Prior to this, he was the Vice President of Baidu, Inc., and Duxiaoman Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhang was also a Director of Yixin Group Limited and Chairman of the supervisory committee of NetsUnion Clearing Corporation.

Mr. Wu Lijun has been the Chairman of the bank since January 2024. He serves as Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Manager of China Everbright Group Ltd. Previously, he served as the Vice Chairman, Deputy Director (Deputy Bureau Director level) of State Regulation Center of Supplies Reserve of Ministry of Internal Trade; and Head of IT Service Center, Deputy Director (Presiding) of Training Center, Director of Department of Personnel & Education and Director of Organization Department of the CPC Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). He also served as a Member of the CPC Committee and Assistant Chairman of CSRC; and Chairman of the Board of Directors and Secretary of the CPC Committee (Deputy Minister level) of Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
