Mr. Wang Silian has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Vice Chairman and President of China CYTS Tours Holding Co., Ltd. He served as the Chairman of Bravolinks Integrated Marketing Co., Ltd. Mr. Silian was also the Deputy General Manager of the Human Resources Department of China Everbright Bank Company Limited.

Mr. Luan Zusheng has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served at China Everbright Group Ltd in various managerial roles. Previously, he served at China Everbright Bank Co Ltd as the President of Shijiazhuang and Wuxi Branches, and the Vice President and the Risk Director of Shenzhen Branch. He was a Director at Everbright Financial Holding Asset Management Co Ltd. Mr. Zusheng serves as a Director of Sun Life Everbright Life Insurance Co Ltd and the Chairman of China Everbright Water Ltd. He also served as the General Manager of small and medium enterprises business department and the General Manager of the microfinance business department at Everbright Bank.

Mr. Li Changfu serves as the Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Director at certain subsidiaries of the company. Previously, Mr. Li served as an Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and the General Manager of General Administration Department, at the company. Previously, Mr. Li served as a Head, Risk Management Department, Deputy General Manager and an Assistant to the General Manager at the company.

Mr. Yang Shiqiao has been the Vice President of the company since 2004. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Everbright Envirotech (China) Ltd, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Everbright Environmental Technical Equipment (Changzhou) Ltd and Everbright Ecological Resources (Shenzhen) Ltd. Mr. Yang was the Deputy General Manager of Everbright Environmental Protection (China) Ltd (‘EEP China’), the Special Assistant to Chief Executive Officer of the company, and the General Manager of the Department of Project Management and Environment Management under EEP China. He joined the company in 2004. He serves as the Chairman of Everbright Greenergy and Lighting (Shenzhen) Ltd.

Mr. Wu Yongxin serves as the Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer at Everbright Environmental Technical Equipment (Changzhou) Limited. Previously, Mr. Wu served as the Chairman at Everbright Envirotech (China) Limited and the Vice President at Everbright Environmental Protection (China) Limited. He was the General Manager, Safety And Environmental Management Department, at the company.
