Mr. Wang Sheng has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the President at the company. Previously, he held various positions including Head of Business Development, Assistant to the President, Head of Team C of the Strategic Customer Group, Deputy Head of the Investment Banking Department, and Deputy Head of the Investment Banking Department at the company.

Mr. Xue Jun has been the Vice Chairman, President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Previously he served as Chief Compliance Officer from April 2020 to September 2021 and Assistant to the General Manager of Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd. from January 2015 to April 2020. He was an Assistant to the General Manager of Shenyin & Wanguo Securities Co., Ltd. from January 2012 to December 2014, Deputy General Manager of Qilu Securities Co., Ltd. from May 2009 to December 2011, Assistant to the President of Guosen Securities Co., Ltd. from February 2008 to April 2009.

Mr. Luo Liming has been the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of the company since August 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Business Officer at the company. Previously, he served as the IT director of Zhongtai Securities Co., Ltd. from April 2016 to June 2017. He served as a Director of technical development department, system operation and maintenance department, IT department and a Member of Executive Committee of China Securities Inter-Institution Quotation System Company from February 2015 to April 2016. He was a Researcher of the Planning and Development Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission from March 2013 to February 2015 and Consultant, Senior Consultant, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Director of Department, Assistant to the General Manager and Deputy General Manager of Global Business Intelligence Consulting Co. from October 2005 to February 2013.

Mr. Liang Shipeng has been the Compliance Director and Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as secretary of the Party Committee and Chief of the Qinghai Regulatory Bureau of the CSRC. Previously, he served as the Discipline Inspection Commission and Deputy Chief of the CSRC Qinghai Office from 2011 to 2014.
