Mr. Sun Weiliang has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Financial Director of Hainan Nongken Grass, Livestock and Pig Industry Co Ltd and Financial Director of Hainan Nongken Honghua Farm Co Ltd. Mr. Weiliang also served as the Financial Director and Deputy General Manager of Guangzhou Huida Group Co Ltd.

Mr. Wang Feng has been the Deputy General Manager and Secretary of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy General Manager of the company from September 2023 to January 2024; Director of the General Department and the Public Relations Department of the company from 2021 to 2022; Assistant to General Manager of the company in 2020; Deputy Director of Works of the company from 2020 to 2021; and Deputy General Manager of Hainan Rubber Asset Management Department and Director of The Public Relations Department of the company from August 2020 to December 2020. Currently, he also serves as Director of the China Agricultural Economic Research Association from April 2023 and Executive Director of the China Natural Rubber Association from March 2023.

Mr. Ai Yilun has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy General manager of Hainan Agricultural Reclamation Investment Holding Group Co Ltd. Mr. Yilun also served as the Director and Chairman of China Baoyuan Investment Co Ltd; the General Manager of China Baoyuan Investment Co Ltd till 2018. He was also the General manager of CNNC Investment Co Ltd, the Chairman of CNNC New Energy Investment Co Ltd and the honorary Chairman of China Nuclear Energy Technology Group Co Ltd.

Mr. Wang Tiangmen has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as Director, General Manager of the company from March 2023 to February 2024; General Manager of the company from February 2023 to March 2023; Director of the Party and Mass Work Department of Hainan Agricultural Reclamation Investment Holding Group Co Ltd from April 2022 to February 2023; Deputy Secretary of the Hainan Rubber Party Committee; Vice Chairman of the labor union of Hainan Nongken Investment Holding Group Co Ltd from December 2020 to March 2021; and as Director of the Supervision Office of Hainan Nongken Investment Holding Group Co Ltd from October 2017 to December 2020.
