Mr. Mai Boliang has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Manager of Production Technical Department and the Deputy Manager of the company.

Mr. Hu Xianfu has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2020. He also serves as General Manager of China Merchants Industry Holdings Co, Ltd. Previously, he served as the Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of Yiu Lian Dockyards (Shekou) Limited and China Merchants Heavy Industry (Shenzhen) Co, Ltd.

Mr. Zhu Zhiqiang has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as Deputy General Manager of Shenzhen Capital Holdings Co, Ltd.

Mr. Zeng Han has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, he also served as Manager of the financial department at CIMC Enric Holdings Limited from 2009 to 2010. Mr. Han joined the company in 1999.

Mr. Gao Xiang has been the President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the CIMC Enric Holdings Co., Ltd.; CIMC Enric Holdings Co., Ltd; and a Director and General Manager of CIMC Enric Holdings Co., Ltd. He also served for other companies such as Tianjin CIMC Beiyang Container Co., Ltd., Tianjin CIMC Logistics Equipment Co., Ltd., Tianjin CIMC Container Co., Ltd., Tianjin CIMC Special Vehicle Co., Ltd and Tianjin CIMC Vehicle Logistics Equipment Co., Ltd.
