Mr. Saloon Tham has been appointed as the Chairman of the company since July 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Regional Chief Executive Officer of Tokio Marine Asia in Singapore and Chief Executive Officer of AIA Thailand (AIAT) in Bangkok, THAILAND. Previously, he worked as the Regional General Manager at Allianz SE – Life & Health Operations in Singapore. He also served as the Regional President at ACE Life and General Manager at Huatai Life (HTL).

Mr. Herbert Hu is the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Asia and Chief of Staff to Executive Chairman at Global Digital and Asia Singapore, Hong Kong, Aviva Asia.

Mr. Chen Tung Chen has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of the company. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of Risk Management Department of the company.

Ms. Yi Te Lin is the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of the company. Previously, she worked as the Manager of Legal and Compliance department of AIG Asia Pacific Insurance Pte Ltd. Earlier, she served as the Manager of Legal Department at AIA Group Ltd.

Ms. Lauren Hsieh is the Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. She served as Deputy General Manager of China Life Insurance Section, Chief of Mega Bank Assistant Manager of Bank of Communications.
