Mr. Chen Lang has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. Mr. Jeffrey Lu Minfang has been the Vice Chairman of the company since March 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Yashili International Holdings Ltd. Previously, he served as the Chairman at China Modern Dairy Holdings Limited. Mr. Jeffrey also served as a Director at various organizations including Yashili International Ltd, Yashili International Group Ltd, Newou Hong Kong International Co Ltd and Scient International Group Ltd. Earlier, he served as a Vice President at Dumex Baby Food Co Ltd. Prior to joining the Danone Group, he spent nine years with Johnson & Johnson (China) Company Limited and almost four years with General Electric Company (China).

Mr. Zhang Ping has been the Chief Financial Officer, Director and Vice President of the company since 2021. He joined the company in May 2014 as the Vice President - Finance of Inner Mongolia Mengniu. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Coca-Cola Bottlers Manufacturing Holdings Limited from 2012 to 2014. He has been the General Manager of Swire Guangdong Coca-Cola Ltd from 2010 to 2012 and Xi’an BC Coca-Cola Beverages Ltd from 2007 to 2010. He held finance positions at several companies, including Finance Director of Swire BCD Co. Ltd. and Swire Guangdong; Finance Manager of Nanjing BC Foods Co. Ltd and Deputy Finance Manager of Swire BCD.

Mr. Gao Fei has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since March 2024. Previously, he served as a Vice President and Head of the UHT business of the company.
