Mr. Huo Da has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Market Supervision Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission from 2015 to 2017. Mr. Da also served as the Director of Research Center of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Previously, he served as the Head of Beijing Institute of Securities and Futures and Head of China Institute of Finance and Capital Markets.

Mr. Wu Zongmin has been a Director and the President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Director (standing) of the Execution Committee at China Merchants Financial Services Business Unit. Previously, he served as the Chairman at CM Houlder Insurance Brokers Limited and held various positions at China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd.

Mr. Liu Jie has been the Vice President and a Secretary of the company since 2023. Previously, he worked as an Assistant to General Manager of company’s Capital Market Planning Department, Deputy General Manager of the Finance Department, and Deputy Chief Financial Officer at China Merchants Port Holdings Company Limited. He also worked as Deputy Head of Preparatory Group. Earlier, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Deputy General Manager at China Merchants Life Insurance Company Limited.

Mr. Zhang Xing has been the Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Risk Officer and Vice President of the company since May 2025. Previously, he served as the Director of the Risk Management Center, General Manager of the Risk Management Department of the Risk Management Center at the Company, Supervisor at China Merchants Futures Co., Ltd., Director and Head of Risk Management at CMS International and Director at China Merchants Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd.
