Mr. Gao Yingxin has been the Chairman of the bank since June 2020. Prior to this, he served as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited from January 2018 to May 2020; Executive Director and Vice President of Bank of China Limited (BOC) from February 2015, Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive of BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) Limited and Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited from February 2005, President and Chief Operating Officer of BOC International Holdings Limited from July 2004, Deputy General Manager and later on, the General Manager of the Corporate Banking Department of BOC, Deputy General Manager of the Credit Business Department of BOC, Deputy Director and then Director of the Project Division of the Credit Department II of BOC.

Mr. Wang Xiaoyong has been the President of the bank since 2024. He also serves as the Vice Chairman of the bank. Previously, he served as the President of the Chongqing branch, General Manager of the Channel and Operation Management Department, and President of the Sichuan Branch at China Construction Bank between 2016 to 2024. Earlier, he served as the Assistant General Manager of the Risk Monitoring and Control Department, Deputy General Manager of the Credit Management Department, Vice President of the Shandong Branch and Vice President of the Gansu branch at China Construction Bank.

Mr. Zhang Juntong has been an Executive Vice President of the bank since 2024. He also serves a Director of the bank. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of the bank, Employee Supervisor and Chairman of the Supervisory Committee, and member of the Nomination and Examination Committee of the Board of Supervisors from 2017 to 2024.

Mr. Zhang Bin has been the Chief Information Officer of the bank since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Officer at Ping An Bank. Previously, he served as a Member of the Preparatory Team, Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Executive Director at Zhongyuan Bank. He also served as an Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager, General Manager, and Technical Director of the IT Department of the Head Office at CITIC Bank.

Ms. Li Bin has been the Secretary of the bank since 2024. She also serves as an Executive Vice President of the bank. Previously, she served as an Assistant President, President of Financial Markets Department, General Manager of Derivatives Product Department, Deputy General Manager of Financial Institutions Department, and Division Director of Capital Division of International Business Department at the bank.
