Mr. Yang Jie has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as a Deputy Director General at Shanxi and as the General Manager of Shanxi Telecommunications Corp. Mr. Jie served as the Vice President at China Telecom Beijing Research Institute, and a General Manager of Business Department at Northern Telecom of the former China Telecommunications Corp. Previously, Mr. Yang served as the President and Chairman of China Telecom Corporation Limited. Earlier, he served as the President, Chief Operating Officer, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of China Telecom Corporation Ltd. Currently, he also serves as the Chairman of CMCC and CMC.

Mr. Li Ronghua has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he held several roles at State Grid Corp of China including the Vice Manager and Manager of Finance and Assets Department, Deputy General Accountant, a Director and Chairman at State Grid Overseas Investment Limited, and Chairman at State Grid Yingda International Holdings Group Ltd. Currently, he serves as the Chief Accountant of CMCC and Vice President of CMC.
